Deposits are to be made in £’s Sterling by cheque or bankers transfer. A 25% deposit is required and the balance is to be paid in full 8 weeks before the letting date. Cheque are payable to 'Lake View Villas'.

The receipt of a deposit is indicates that you have accepted our price and terms and conditions set out herein, a full copy of which are available at the foot of this page along with our current rental rates.

The full amount of your accommodation charges less deposit should be received by us no later than 8 weeks before commencement of your occupancy, to ensure that your reservation is secured.

A refundable security deposit of £150 is payable with the final remittance. We reserve the right to deduct from this deposit the cost of any losses, breakages or damage which may occur during the rental period, together with any additional cleaning charges resulting from the accommodation being vacated in an unreasonable condition. In normal circumstances, assuming no deductions are required, the deposit will be returned to you by cheque within 14 days of the end of the rental period.

Cancellation.

Insurance.

We strongly recommend that you take out insurance for the duration of your holiday. We also would also recommend applying for an E111, which is available from most Post Offices.

Pets are allowed at our discretion, so please ask.

Smoking.

For your safety and the comfort of others, Lake View Villas operates a no smoking policy. The exposed wooden floors are a potential fire risk. You are welcome to smoke outside but please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
