Please make your cheque payable to 'Lake View Villas'.
The receipt by us of this deposit is taken as an indication that you accept the prices and terms outlined.
The full amount of your accommodation charges less deposit should be received by us not later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, to ensure that your reservation is secured.
Cancellations:
If you cancel or shorten your holiday less than 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, the full amount of the original booking will be due.
If you cancel your holiday after sending the deposit but before the due date for full payment, the deposit will be retained to cover costs.
We recommend that you consider the various holiday insurance packages on offer, to provide you with cover should an unforeseen circumstance arise. We also recommend E111 from the Post Office.
A refundable security deposit of £150 is payable with the final remittance. We reserve the right to deduct from this deposit the cost of any losses/breakages/damage which may occur during the rental period, together with any additional cleaning charges resulting from the accommodation being vacated in an unreasonable condition. In normal circumstances, assuming no deductions are required, the deposit will be returned to you by cheque within 14 days of the end of the rental period.
Pets at discretion, please ask.
For your comfort and the comfort of others Lake View Villas is non-smoking facility. All the exposed wooden floors are a potential fire risk.
You are welcome to smoke outside but please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
